Sonny Garguilo
FROM the GROUND UP

October 25th-27th, 2024

Clinician Bio: Sonny Garguilo was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., the furthest place from a horse.  At an early age he discovered a true love and respect for the horse.  Sonny went on to start his career with a true respect and understanding of the horse.  Sonny has been a featured clinician at the largest expos in the U.S. such as Horse World Expo,  Equine Affaire, Virginia Horse Festival and even the Mane Event in British Columbia, Canada.  He also has traveled to Germany to do teaching clinics and private sessions. Sonny has been a chosen competitor in three Extreme Mustang challenges in which trainers were given 100 days to saddle and compete with a wild untouched mustang. In 2008 Sonny was invited to do the First ever Extreme Mustang Makeover. Sonny Garguilo is the only Natural Horseman in the thirty three-year history of the prestigious Hampton Classic to be invited to do an opening day demonstration, not once, but twice. To a standing ovation, he demonstrated not only his horsemanship skills, but the relationship between himself and his horses the Amazin Sis and his Mustang, America. Today Sonny Garguilo travels the United States as a guest speaker, demonstrator and featured clinician for some of the largest expos in the country. His gentle ways and ability to communicate with the horse has made him one of the most sought after equine problem solvers. Along with his partners Amazin Sis and America he will continue to educate and inspire the thousands who follow his work to make the world a better place for the horse.

Thank you Sonny Garguilo  for your  patience teaching us to embrace a better understanding of communication , leadership,  to capture their mind and their feet will follow, and so much more. These methods gave us results and work to continue to make better horses.

We look forward to working with you in October- and will be working hard to improve with the tools you taught us.
